Promoted, hired Starion Financial has promoted Vivian Deichert of Bismarck to personal banker and assistant vice president of collections at its Bismarck location on South Washington and has hired Alexandra “Lexi” Foster of Bismarck as a personal banker at its Mandan location on First Street Northwest. Deichert has 21 years of banking experience, including 17 years at Starion Financial. Most recently, she worked at the Mandan location. She attended Bismarck State College. Foster has previous bank experience and was a marketing and advertising coordinator for a photography studio in Bozeman, Mont. Originally from Ulysses, Kan., she earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Abilene Christian University, Abilene, Texas.
