A Halloween store opened this week in the lower level of the Abused Adult Resource Center's Seeds of Hope Thift and Gift Store at 520 E. Main. The store has fall floral, withces, ghosts and goblins, Thanksgiving items, pumpkins, lights, figurines, scarecrows and wreaths. Costumes are coming out soon. "This store has unique items you can't find anywhere else," said Sarah Harper, Seeds of Hope store manager. The store's normal hours are 9:30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Saturday. Sales proceeds are used by the Abused Adult Resource Center in its mission to serve victims of domestic violence and sexual assault and their children ina seven-county area in south-central North Dakota.
